After discussion of the demands connected with the

"social Saloon" for the crew an the "Kin Shan", and of the incident on Thursday March 31st at Canton, when the

crew walked out" at about 8 a.m. without notice, it

was resolved that:-

1. The members of the crew who walked out should not

be reinstated in the Company's service, either as a crew

or as individuals, and that the Company should inform the

Seamen's Union to this effect.
